the annual consumption of current.

116. In order to compete with a Diesel pumping plant,

the average all-in cost of the current should not exceed

3 Cents per unit in this case based on pre-war prices for

fuel, machinery and labour.

Second Instalment.

Additional 7.5 million gallons per diem.

117. Additional filters and pumping machinery would be

required, and the total estimated capital expenditure would

then be 5 21,600,000.
